Leonard is an Associate Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (Associate CVA).

Alongside the professional qualifications, Leonard also holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London (UOL) and was academic directed by UCL.

Leonard has over 15 years of audit experience in Singapore. He had accumulated his auditing knowledge and experience for both listed and non-listed companies in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Vietnam, from his years of experiences working in mid-tier audit firms in Singapore. Industries that Leonard had been exposed to include trading, services, retail, engineering, construction, manufacturing, travel agency, trust and fund management companies, jewelry, media and entertainment, investment holding, money changer, and remittance, charities and IPC, and others. He also has experience in assisting clients in special-purpose audit engagements, agreed-upon procedures and various certifications for charities and other government grants reimbursement claims.

He also conducts regular training to the firms’ engagement team to improve their audit documentation and technical competence, therefore, provide a high level of efficiency to clients.

Leonard also sits in other firms as a partner in handling complex clients and provide engagement quality control reviewer/ concurring partner roles to uphill the audit standard and quality.
